Dan Alger
Senior Pastor
After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill and Trinity Seminary Dan and his wife Karen moved to the Fayetteville area in 2002 to help plant The Church of the Apostles. Dan's main role at Apostles is to bring overall visionary leadership and be the primary preacher and teacher. He is an avid music fan and homebrewer. Dan and Karen have two sons: Eli who was born in 2006 and Silas who was born in 2008. You can reach Dan at .

Vance Tyson
Deacon
Vance has lived in the Gray's Creek area his whole life where he lives on a farm with his wife Becky. Their children have grown and flown the coup. Vance was ordained in 2007 to help with the leadership and pastoral care of Apostles. Vance's email is .

Joel A. Christian
Director of Family Ministries
Joel joined the work of The Church of The Apostles in July of 2007 after moving down from Massachusetts with his wife Robyn and 6 kids; Mackeen, Maelisa, Darby, Doyle, Liam and Iona. Joel's passion is to see Children and Youth transformed into the image of Christ. Joel works to come alongside of parents as they are raising their children and help by mentoring, encouraging and instructing students into authentic relationships with Jesus Christ. Meg Morris
Ministerial Engineer
Meg grew up in Greenville, SC and moved to the Hope Mills/Fayetteville area in 2001 after graduating from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). Meg and her husband, Steve, came to Apostles in the summer of 2004, and she came on staff July 2007. They have one son named Caleb who was born in September 2008. Meg takes care of all the administrative stuff in the church, from paying the bills to printing bulletins to creating our multi-media presentations, along with generally keeping the office running and the staff in line. Director of Worship Arts
